  • Daily Devotions; Strong Leaders - June 30, 2025
    Jun 30 2025

    Scripture Focus: 1 Chronicles 11:1

In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall looks at how Israel finally occupied the entire Promised Land under King David’s leadership. For generations, only parts of the land God had promised to Abraham were taken, but it was David’s strong, committed leaders—his mighty men—who gave his kingship the solid support needed to fulfill God’s purpose. Pastor Sumrall reminds us that the same is true for the church today. To see the vision God has promised fully realized, strong leaders must remain in place, engaged, and steady. If God has called you to be a leader, don’t step back or go on “leadership vacation.” Stay faithful, because your strength and presence make it possible for God’s work to move forward and thrive.

  • Daily Devotions; Testimonies and Troublemakers - June 29, 2025
    Jun 29 2025

    Scripture Focus: Acts 17:1-5

In today’s episode of Daily Devotions with Pastor David Sumrall, we turn to Acts 17 and discover how the Apostle Paul used the Scriptures—not personal stories—to reveal Jesus as the Messiah. Pastor Sumrall challenges modern Christian culture's growing disregard for the Old Testament, reminding us that it was the very foundation Paul used to reason with people about Christ.

We also see a powerful truth about religious jealousy: it rarely confronts directly. Instead, it works behind the scenes, stirring up trouble through others. If you're facing unexpected opposition, today's devotion offers both insight and encouragement to stand strong in the Word and discern the source.

  • Daily Devotions; True Demon Power - June 28, 2025
    Jun 28 2025
In today’s devotion, Pastor Sumrall urges believers to recover a sense of reverence for sacred spaces dedicated to the worship of God. Drawing from King Josiah’s bold reforms in 2 Kings 23, we’re reminded that Satan always seeks to desecrate what is holy. It's time to honor what has been set apart for the Lord. • Daily Devotions; Clarity and Purity of Doctrine - June 27, 2025
    Jun 27 2025

    Scripture Focus: Acts 16:16–19

In this episode of Daily Devotions, Pastor David Sumrall explores the reality of demonic influence as seen in Acts 16. A slave girl with a spirit of divination followed Paul and his companions, proclaiming truth but doing so from a demonic source. Pastor Sumrall teaches that while some dismiss fortune-telling as fake, Scripture shows that demons can reveal satan’s plans—and that people can profit from these powers. Paul’s response was direct: he spoke not to the girl, but to the spirit within her, casting it out in Jesus’ name. This passage reminds us that spiritual warfare is real, and that true deliverance comes through the authority of Christ alone.
