  • The Purpose Of The Christian Journey
    May 22 2025

The Christian life is not attained instantaneously — it is a process of transformation, often described as a journey, walk, or pursuit. Many people struggle with this because the idea of living in daily dependence and subjection to God opposes our human desire for autonomy. Yet, true salvation involves a process where God progressively delivers us from spiritual blindness, caused by love for self and love for the world. Without understanding this, we risk under utilising the divine resources made available to us by God for our salvation, and may never fully walk in what He has prepared for us.

In this message, “The Purpose of the Christian Journey”, Pastor Andrews Krampah explains the nature of the Christian journey. He demonstrates that every man (regardless of their outward estate) needs salvation —i.e., a journey of the inward transformation of a man's heart and mind (thoughts). He uses Abraham's journey as a Biblical parallel to demonstrate our calling, and how to access our inheritance by aligning our hearts and minds with God's calling. Finally, he shows how to align our expectations to God's provision so as to take full advantage of the grace of God.

This message will provide an understanding of the Christian journey and show you how to access the supplies God has given to you for this journey.

  • God's Chosen People
    May 18 2025

As believers, we often view ourselves as God’s chosen people. Yet, we sometimes misunderstand what it truly means to be His chosen. How does one actually become God’s chosen? Is there anything inherent in a person that qualifies them for or disqualifies them from this identity? Gaining a clear and accurate understanding of how we become God’s chosen people is essential to our walk of faith. Without it, we risk misunderstanding who our God truly is, and the essence of our identity as His chosen (peculiar) people.

In this message titled “God’s Chosen People”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter explores why believers misunderstand what it truly means to be the chosen of God. Using the example of the Israelites and their mistaken view of their identity as God‘s Chosen People, he highlights similar misconceptions that persist among believers today. He emphasises that it is only the Lord who can make a person peculiar, and that nothing a person possesses or lacks inherently can qualify them as, or disqualify them from being God’s chosen. He also sheds light on how and why God makes men into His chosen (peculiar) people and clarifies the role of man’s inward obedience (circumcision of heart) in this divine work. He concludes by pointing out the danger of misrepresenting who God truly is when, from the evil inclinations of our hearts, we make false assumptions about supposed inherent advantages that set us or others apart to be chosen and used by God.

God is not biased! He has no preference for any man. No one, therefore, has an advantage over another, so do not sell yourself short, beloved! You too can be God’s chosen. Surrender to Him in genuine obedience, and He will make you His peculiar treasure!

    Theme Scripture: John 8:31-39 KJV

    Key Scriptures: Exodus 19:5 (KJV)

5 Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine:

    Acts 10:34-35 (KJV)

34 Then Peter opened his mouth, and said, Of a truth I perceive that God is no respecter of persons: 35 But in every nation he that feareth him, and worketh righteousness, is accepted with him.

  • Holding Yourself Accountable To The Truth
    May 15 2025

Many believers claim to know God, but what they often have is not an internal knowledge of Him—it is an external imagination of God projected onto their senses. This happens because they relate to the truth merely as information, rather than obeying it and cultivating a genuine love for it in their hearts.

In this message, "Holding Yourself Accountable to the Truth", Pastor Jeffrey Walter teaches that although truth initially reaches us as doctrine (external truth), true intimacy with God begins when we live by that truth, whilst holding ourselves accountable to it. He stresses that God is Truth, and Truth is a Person—not merely an idea to understand but a reality to embody. Merely engaging with Scripture externally leads to a false image of God and deception.

True knowledge of the Lord (intimacy with the Lord) is developed by falling in love with the truth through overcoming temptations.

May this message challenge you to hold yourself accountable to the truth as you listen to it prayerfully.

    Key Scripture: John 1:1 (KJV)

In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

  • Self Righteousness - Part 2
    May 11 2025

Some Christians believe that by diligently keeping the precepts of God, a person contributes to their own salvation. This belief largely stems from the misinterpretation of certain scriptures in the Bible, leading to the erroneous conclusion that salvation is entirely dependent on one’s obedience to God’s commandments. However, this belief is inconsistent with God’s divine provision for humanity through mercy and grace.

In this message, “Self Righteousness, Part 2”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter demonstrates that obedience does not merit salvation but rather, enables us to receive God’s provision through His mercy and grace. He explains how the Lord alone has merit (true righteousness) and why His righteousness cannot be imputed to us. He further explains the nature of the non-meritorious righteousness the Lord grants us. In addition, he reveals how doing good can be corrupted by self-righteousness and highlights the genuine purpose for doing good. Finally, he emphasises the importance of having the right mindset and attitude when taking steps of obedience to receive the Lord’s provisions.

This message will enlighten you on the attitude you must have towards the Lord’s requirements, and how to be delivered from self-righteousness.

    Theme Passage: Luke 6:32-36 (KJV)

32 For if ye love them which love you, what thank have ye? for sinners also love those that love them.

33 And if ye do good to them which do good to you, what thank have ye? for sinners also do even the same.

34 And if ye lend to them of whom ye hope to receive, what thank have ye? for sinners also lend to sinners, to receive as much again.

35 But love ye your enemies, and do good, and lend, hoping for nothing again; and your reward shall be great, and ye shall be the children of the Highest: for he is kind unto the unthankful and to the evil.

36 Be ye therefore merciful, as your Father also is merciful.

  • Taking Advantage Of The Grace Of God
    May 1 2025

And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me - 2 Corinthians 12: 9 (KJV).

As we pursue God's calling for our lives—walking as vessels in whom He dwells and through whom He flows—we must continually remember the sufficiency of His grace at every point of need on the journey. Whatever the Lord requires of us to become what He intends, He Himself supplies. Whatever we are able to do and become is by the grace of God. It is God who provides the necessary grace. But then, how do we become recipients of this grace that the Lord so generously offers? How do we take full advantage of it?

In the message, “Taking Advantage of the Grace of God”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter expounds on the grace that the Lord makes available to us in our walk with Him, emphasising God’s desire for us to fully embrace and benefit from this grace. He goes on to share practical points on how we can take advantage of God’s grace, as we follow Him. He underscores the importance of continually acknowledging God's grace and help, consistently looking to Him as our source. He also emphasises that we receive grace to the extent that we genuinely recognize our need for it.

Beloved, may we never lose sight of this eternal truth: “With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible (Matthew 19:26 KJV).” As we set our hearts to walk in His grace, may we always look to God, knowing that whatever we need, He is more than able to supply. May the Lord grant us that grace. Amen.

    Key Scriptures:

    2 Corinthians 12: 7-9 (KJV)

7 And lest I should be exalted above measure through the abundance of the revelations, there was given to me a thorn in the flesh, the messenger of Satan to buffet me, lest I should be exalted above measure.

8 For this thing I besought the Lord thrice, that it might depart from me.

9 And he said unto me, My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. Most gladly therefore will I rather glory in my infirmities, that the power of Christ may rest upon me.

    Matthew 19:26 (KJV)

26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

  • Dealing With Weaknesses
    May 4 2025

While many things are spoken of in God’s word about who we can become, our weakness often stands in the way. A weakness is a flaw or shortcoming that limits our progress, especially when growth or obedience to God is attempted.

In this message titled 'Dealing with Weaknesses', Pastor Jeffrey Walter explains the blessing in viewing our weaknesses not as disqualifications, but rather as opportunities for transformation so that through a walk with God, such weaknesses can be gradually removed.

Pastor Walter further outlines a clear and practical path to overcoming any flaw, habit, or strange affection—not by our own strength, but by the miracle of the gospel and the power of grace. He emphasizes that there is nothing in man that he cannot be born again from.

As you listen to this message may you be encouraged to strive to become everything God says you can be- a living proof that your limitations and strange affections can be removed.

  • Take Nothing For Your Journey
    Apr 27 2025

The Lord desires that every man be anointed (I.e. a vessel He can work through). Sadly, man’s unwillingness to fully surrender his will and lose confidence in His own strength often becomes the primary obstacle. Therefore, the Lord takes him through a transformative process of overcoming temptations, ultimately bringing him to a place of complete dependence on Him. Such a person is anointed - fit for the Master's use.

In this message, “Take Nothing For Your Journey”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter establishes that everything man needs for his journey of becoming anointed will be supplied by the Lord. Furthermore, he explains what the Lord requires of man for the two key stages of the journey to being anointed, which is akin to how He transforms and sends men. Finally, he explains how the Lord brings man to the place of faith where he abandons his own efforts and relies solely on the Lord’s provision to be anointed.

Beloved, on every level of the spiritual journey, the Lord will lead the way. He only has one requirement: take nothing for your journey for He will supply everything you need.

    Key Scriptures

    Luke 9:3 (KJV)

And he said unto them, Take nothing for your journey, neither staves, nor scrip, neither bread, neither money; neither have two coats apiece.

    Luke 22:36 (KJV)

Then said he unto them, But now, he that hath a purse, let him take it, and likewise his scrip: and he that hath no sword, let him sell his garment, and buy one.

  • Patience In Seeking The Anointing
    Apr 24 2025

The path to being anointed is far from easy. It is marked by trials and temptations that demand patience (long suffering). Without a divinely inspired motive, perseverance can be difficult. Yet when we discover the true reason for seeking the anointing—one rooted in sincere service to the brethren—the journey becomes truly worthwhile.

In this message titled “Patience In Seeking The Anointing”, Pastor Jeffrey Walter offers insight into a key understanding that believers must have as they fellowship among the brethren. He reveals the greatest challenge man faces in becoming anointed, and shows how the Lord leads one into surrender and genuine affection for spiritual things. He also explains why the path to being anointed is often long and difficult, and why many are unwilling to persevere until the end. He emphasises patience (long suffering) as an essential virtue in this pursuit, as well as the need to give ourselves wholly to the Lord’s training. He concludes by presenting a profound perspective on how the Christian life on earth ought to be perceived and lived.

Beloved, the Lord is calling you to patiently follow Him on the path of being anointed. Trust His guidance and embrace the challenges that come with the journey. Continue to yield to Him and He will surely bring you to the place of the anointing.
