• 99 | Enough Holding it In! This Tool Will Help You Name Your HSP Emotions
    Oct 16 2025

Ever felt like you were carrying a lot emotionally but couldn’t put it into words?

If you’ve ever said, “I know I’m feeling something… I just don’t know what,” this episode is for you. As HSPs and introverts, we often experience emotions in layers but without the language to name them, those feelings can get stuck, swirling inside until we shut down or say “I’m fine” (when we’re definitely not).

In this episode, I’m talking about why it’s hard to name your emotions, especially if you’ve experienced suppression, trauma, or never had emotional language modeled for you. Then I’ll walk you through a few gentle tools to help you start finding the words: emotional check-ins, using a Feelings Wheel, and simple journaling prompts.

You don’t have to name it perfectly. But you can start understanding yourself more clearly . .. one word at a time.

  • 98 | Feeling Drained and Overstimulated? This Routine is Key to Reducing Your Screen Time as an HSP
    Oct 14 2025

If you’ve ever felt drained, restless, or overwhelmed after spending too much time on your phone or laptop, you’re not imagining it. As HSPs and introverts, our nervous systems process every bit of input more deeply, which means screens can quickly push us into overstimulation.

In this episode, I’m digging into why this happens and sharing practical ways to reset. You’ll learn how to build small screen-free pauses into your day, plan longer detoxes when you need them, and even use journaling as a powerful substitute to help you calm your system and reflect on how screens impact your emotions.

If you’ve been craving more peace, clarity, and energy, this conversation will help you create a healthier rhythm with technology.

    Oct 9 2025

Have you ever kept quiet about how you really feel not because you didn’t have words, but because you were afraid they’d be misunderstood?

In this episode, I’m diving into one of the biggest reasons highly sensitive and introverted women stay emotionally guarded: the fear of being misread, dismissed, or told we’re “too much.” When your emotions run deep, and your inner world is hard to put into words, it can feel safer to just keep it all in.

But that silence comes at a cost: emotional disconnection, overthinking, and loneliness.

I’ll share why this pattern shows up, how it affects your emotional safety, and what to do when you want to express yourself but don’t want to feel misunderstood.

Let’s talk about self-validation, bridging language, and creating safer spaces to share your heart without having to shrink it.

If journaling hasn’t worked for you before, this episode will show you how to make it a powerful tool for your emotional resilience.

Have you ever held back your emotions to avoid making someone else uncomfortable? Or worried that being honest about how you feel would make you seem dramatic or too much?

In this episode, I'm unpacking one of the biggest reasons highly sensitive introverts struggle to express their emotions: you’ve been taught that your feelings are a burden. I’ll walk you through where that belief often comes from, how it quietly leads to resentment and burnout, and what you can do to gently shift the pattern.

If you’re tired of bottling things up and want to start honoring your emotions without fear or guilt, this one’s for you. I’ll also leave you with a powerful journal prompt to help you rewrite the story you’ve been carrying about your emotions.
