One thing that isn't often considered when starting a podcast is your working relationship with the person on the other mic, especially your cohost. Overtime, particularly as podcasts grows into businesses, dynamics and workloads between cohosts can change.  

At the studio, we've been able to observe partnership dynamics, and we (Maxim and Connor) have been working together since 2019. In this episode, we take those observations and insights and share what helps create a healthy working relationship.
