  • Kristy Ireland is a fabulous, fun and fierce mum of two little people - Sebastian and Andelise, alongside her partner Tim. She's a HR manager, and knows a thing or two about how to deal with people. When Kristy and Tim found out they were unexpectedly having a baby, the shock of it all saw them move home from Perth to Melbourne for support, which was MUCH needed. Following the arrival of Sebby, Kristy suffered through debilitating post natal depression, that was followed by another shock - being pregnant when her first baby was only 6 months old. In this raw, honest and real conversation, Kristy and I discuss the challenges faced, her birthing and labour stories, along with the importance of "self care", kindness, and the balance of the juggle of parenting and life (as highlighted by the guest appearances of Andi in the episode).
