  • What To Do When We Don't Know What To Do!
    Oct 4 2021

What to do when you don’t know what to do?

We are living in some crazy times! There’s an overarching sense of dread and defeat looming large over so many right now and it's so difficult to know who to trust, who to believe, what to do next, or what not to do!

Simply living life, especially in today’s world, can seem impossible and in all honesty, it can feel hopeless, like what’s the point!

Today, I want to tackle this issue from a Biblical viewpoint, providing valuable insight and encouragement! I want to tackle the issue of what to do when we don’t know what to do.

Stay tuned and we will jump right in!

As a first step, we must realize that we are not alone! These feelings of doubt, indecisiveness, emptiness, loss, despair even, are not new. In fact, the Bible says there is nothing new under the sun!

Now that statement was written by one of the wisest men in all of human history, King Solomon.

Think about that for a moment…

Solomon, just before he served his tenure as king was approached by God and asked what he sought, what it was that he desired.

Solomon could have asked for so many things - money, fame, success, but listen to Solomon's response to God…

Let’s take a look at this amazing discourse between God and Solomon found in 2 Chronicles 1:7-12, the new king James version reads:

“On that night God appeared to Solomon, and said to him, “Ask! What shall I give you?” And Solomon said to God: “You have shown great mercy to David my father, and have made me king in his place. Now, O LORD God, let Your promise to David my father be established, for You have made me king over a people like the dust of the earth in multitude. Now give me wisdom and knowledge, that I may go out and come in before this people; for who can judge this great people of Yours?” Then God said to Solomon: “Because this was in your heart, and you have not asked riches or wealth or honor or the life of your enemies, nor have you asked long life—but have asked wisdom and knowledge for yourself, that you may judge My people over whom I have made you king— wisdom and knowledge are granted to you; and I will give you riches and wealth and honor, such as none of the kings have had who were before you, nor shall any after you have the like.”

  • What Does it Mean To Be A Christian: Part 2
    Sep 20 2021

Being a Christian is about walking in a relationship with the Lord and this doesn't happen overnight, nor is it something that we do only for a little while and then no more.

Walking with the Lord is a life-long endeavor.

However, it is something that the Lord so desires - to walk with us and to fellowship with us on a daily basis!

Thank you so much for listening, subscribing, and for your continued support!

    In Christ,
