    I'm on a mission to make poo less taboo.

    In this episode I talk about IBD, IBS, Crohns and Colitis and about how it should be made less embarassing and we should be able to talk about it a lot more.

    Being a bowel issue makes it a topic that is hidden away and that does so much damage that I want to break that attitude.

    This is a topic that is very dear to me and I am here to support and help not only people who have these diseases but also their family and friends.
