Originally preached on April 5th, 2020, this was our first sermon after the shutdown. We talked about the death of Jesus Christ and what that means for humanity.

There's a brief blip in the middle of the message that only excludes a couple words. The entire sequence is to say, "It was an instance of [God saying], "Depart from me."

I was preaching through the names of God that make up a wooden cross at the back of the church sanctuary, and on November 15th, 2020, I arrived at the name "Friend."

From the series on Jude's epistle comes a message from January 31, 2021, on three who should never be our role models: Cain, Balaam and Korah. Jude is warning believers about false teachers, relating them to these three Old Testament individuals in verse 11.

Are you questioning God because of all the bad things that are happening to you? Are you wondering why He'd let you hit rock bottom when you've followed Him so closely? We may never get an answer as to His reasoning for allowing such bad things to happen to us, but there is still encouragement that we can find amidst the hardships.
