    Today I am inviting us into the idea of pressing PLAY on your life and not the excuse BUTton. 

    When there's nowhere and no one else...there's this moment, connected to the beat, to feel it, be it and release everything else that is resisting the direct connection. To live with an ability to love like we never thought was possible IS the greatest fertilizer to a life in alignment with our most authentic expression and it reminds us-- IT IS ON ITS' OWN WAY!
