  • In this presentation from BrewCon 2019, Maria Pearman presented on the Proper Costing of Beer.  Maria released a book in October 2019 entitled Small Brewery Finance: Accounting Principles and Planning for the Craft Brewer. She is a Certified Practising Accountant and taught in the University of Vermont’s Business of Craft Beer Program in the area of finance.
