  • I Rolled My Ute Into A Dam

    Peter tells us about the time he had a truck let go on him going down a steep hill, where an empty fuel can came off the trailer and knocked off the brake booster. Peter also telling us about driving down steep narrow tracks which he would end up having a wheel come off the side and spin backwards, while the rest would start spinning forward twice as fast. He tells us some wild trucking yarns about almost having a chain he was using to winch down mahogany log which broke and almost took his head off, or when Pete rolled his Toyota into a Dam!

    We welcome back the incredibly resilient and successful Peter Wickham! He speaks about the 1975 school centenary in Killarney. How he picked up cheap cattle from the slump of cattle prices back in the day and then having 12 bullocks pull 120 tonne worth of 3 kenworth trucks which is a Guinness world record held by peter's team of bullocks. He tells some incredible yarns about training of bullocks and more. The yarns keep going from there but these are some incredibly yarns!
