  • In this meditation we’ll first become aware of the breath — connecting with the sensations of breathing, wherever we can feel them in the body. Once we’ve established this connection, we’ll simply invite the breath to become more quiet. By setting this intention of quietness, we can gradually settle ourselves into a deeper state of stillness and peace, recognising and resting in the quietness that’s always present at the very centre of our experience, and that’s always available to us whenever we rest our awareness on it for long enough.
