To get into meditative state:

Breathing out through the nose and feeling it on the fingertips

Gaze at the energy in the hands

Visualize myself as an intersection of roads, wherein all this energy uses my body to move around, watch my thoughts like vehicles on the road putting or zooming past

Become aware of any places in the body that want attention, send them love and acceptance.  

Send love and acceptance to  the part of you that doesn’t want to send them love and acceptance

Observe energy, are there any parts of me that are hot, any parts cold?
