    In Part 1, the Digital Equity Bridge, Molly Sherman, speaks with Jack Bayne, ACC Digital Navigator with the Carroll Technology and Innovation Council or CTIC. Jack, Molly, and the CTIC have given out over 3,000 Chromebook laptops.
