I think more people struggle with their eating then care to admit. I know that I have had plenty of my own issues with disordered eating, so today I am here to dispel some common myths about ED's, and hopefully, offer some useful advice for dealing with it.

Lately, it's been a struggle to feel like I deserve to take up space in this world, and as cruel as that sounds, I think it might be something others have dealt with also. On this week's episode, we will discuss what it means to take up space, and why no one should feel like they don't deserve to be here.
