Dave Burlin is a Marine Corps Veteran and entrepreneur, who reflects on how military skills can translate to business success, particularly in sales and leadership roles across various industries. After coaching over 30 sales professionals, Dave has dedicated his time to supporting fellow Veterans in entrepreneurship and serving in leadership roles for organizations like Bunker Labs, VetsinTech and Global Entrepreneurship Week.

Jordan Krahenbuhl is the Executive Director of the Plumbing, Heating, Cooling Contractors of Nevada which is dedicated to the promotion, advancement, education and training of the industry for the protection of our environment and the health, safety and comfort of our community.

The Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors of Nevada (PHCC of NV) was organized in 1980 and remains a vital organization which educates, supports, promotes, and renders assistance to the PHCC industry of Nevada. PHCC of NV was chartered by the Plumbing Heating Cooling Contractors – National Association (PHCC-NA) on November 13, 1990.

Dave Beason is a long time Henderson resident and business owner. Recently retired, Dave owned and operated The Muffler Shop in Downtown Henderson for over 40 years. Dave sat down with us to share his insights and lessons learned.

Val is a long time Henderson resident whose family has had an impact on the business community within the Water Street District.

Judge Dawson was the Henderson City Attorney between 1972 and 1979. During that time, he was instrumental in the creation of the Henderson Public Improvement Trust, an issuer of tax-exempt bonds. Judge Dawson represented the city in attracting Ethel M. Chocolates, Levi Strauss, Breyer’s Ice Cream, and many other businesses. He was also instrumental in the first issuance of industrial development bonds for the cities of Las Vegas and North Las Vegas. The infrastructure for the master-planned communities of The Lake at Las Vegas, Green Valley Ranch, McDonald Ranch and Seven Hills was financed with tax exempt bonds during his tenure.
