This week we welcome in somebody that has literally done it all in the wrestling business from training as an ending talent to commentary to backstage work. Veda Scott has done a lot in professional wrestling. She joins us this week to talk about the women’s revolution in professional wrestling as well as a one night only knockouts knock down pay-per-view in TNA where she had the honor of working with Gail Kim. Going from coast to coast doing commentary can be difficult at times, but also learning the New Japan Pro wrestling style compared to the wrestling style in the states can also be difficult. Veda talks about what she took away and learned from that experience. Lastly, she talks about separating home life with her husband, current TNA X-Division champion , Mike Bailey, and the wrestling business. Even though their life is professional wrestling. This week former WWE/NJPW/ROH announcer Kevin Kelly is the toast of the town. When he got into the WWE in 1996 it only took him four months to go from a backstage interviewer to announcing RAW with Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler. Being at a promotion from the beginning is key and our guest this week did just that. Joe Galli started with the NWA at the early stages after Billy Corgan bought the promotion. While at Championship Wrestling From Hollywood Billy approached Joe about being the voice of the NWA. This was something that Joe couldn’t say no to; and continues to be the voice of the NWA to this day. Joe also has taken on the role of Chief Operating Officer. He has worked very hard to make sure everyone can see the NWA product all over the world. Before officially getting into wresting Joe worked in television stations as a reporter from Ohio to California; however all the roads led back to wrestling. All this and so many great stories from the road with Joe Galli this week.

The best hand in the business joins the show this week as we welcome former WWE Creative Director Tommy Blacha to the show. After leaving the Conan O’Brien Show in 1999 Tommy made his way to the then WWF. As one of the top writers with the company at that time he was responsible for a number of memorable stories in WWF; including the Mark Henry and Mae Young story. Tommy goes into depth on other stories he either came up with or had a hand in creating. Lastly, Tommy remembers the times working with some of the top talent in the WWF in the brief time he was with the company as well as working for the boss himself. It’s time to bring one of the most recognizable faces in WWE history and a man that has done so much in wrestling and beyond. This week we bring in Jonathan Coachman to Refin It Up.
