  • Know Thy Self
    Mar 11 2015
Relationships become relationslips when your ego and spirit balance is out of whack - both INTERpersonally and INTRApersonally. How can you possibly keep interpersonal relationships from becoming relationslips if the first slip up is on the intrapersonal level....we're talking KNOW THYSELF people! That's the premise of today's show: Knowing yourself first. Then knowing the other person. Many marriages end in divorce when one says He/She is different now or We grew apart. Maya Angelou says When someone tells you who they are; believe it. What we're saying: STAY AWAKE and VIGILANT on that very first date. He/she is showing in more ways than one just who they are. Don't fall into the trap of grabbing ahold of one thing a person says or one trait and levitating it above all others on your own accord...it might not be the most accurate picture because you are PROJECTING. Tweet us your anecdotes of falling asleep in knowing a person and knowing YOURSELF.
