Emily and Kayla investigated a haunted house in the infamous Atchison, Kansas with GEM Paranormal. The night that followed was the wackiest and most wild in our career as ghost hunters (can we say that now?). While simply hilarious at the time, a thorough review of our footage proved that this house, fondly referred to as the House of the Dead, might have been has haunted as its owner claimed.  

We veer away from the paranormal in today's episode to discuss a true crime story that's a little to close to home. Robert Berdella terrorized the Hyde Park area in the late 1980s in secret, committing horrors that were straight from a movie. Known as the Kansas City Butcher, Robert Berdella was an active member in his community up until his arrest in 1988. Be advised, this story does contain some disturbing content.  

This episode is about the legend of one of the most influential musicians of the 20th century and master of the Delta Blues, Robert Johnson who supposedly made a deal with the devil at a crossroads for eight years of fame. Was Robert's talent earned from hard work or gifted in exchange for his soul?

Since the topic of today's episode is haunted dolls, Kayla and Emily made the very wise decision to investigate two creepy dolls they found at the antique store. You don't want to miss the results of our spirit box session, promise! While the communication from the box itself was scary, we're more than a little confident we caught an EVP outside of the box.
