As a high achiever and a high performer, I know how easy it is to get caught up in chasing shiny objects and jumping from one urgent task to another, and at the end of the day, feeling like I've accomplished jack shit.

It's not fucking easy, and it takes some trial and error to find what works best for you. But, I'm a firm believer that there's no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to time management. We all have different schedules, different lifestyles, and different work-life balances, and what works for me might not work for you.
