Listen to this informative Legacy Leaders episode with Richard Kerbawy about estate planning for the generations. Here is what to expect on this week’s show: ● Richard highlights that having a lot or having a little should not dictate the quality of planning put into protecting assets and family members. Estate planning is crucial for everyone, as it allows for assets to be distributed according to one's wishes and helps pass down values and wisdom to future generations. ● Drawing from his courtroom experiences, Richard preaches a gospel of choice, encouraging individuals to make responsible decisions for themselves and their families. He emphasized that people have the ability to take charge of their lives, make powerful decisions, and avoid legal complications, which aligns with the essence of estate planning. ● Richard and Katie Beth agree that having an estate plan is essential, as without one, the government may decide where assets go. Katie Beth addresses the importance of early and thorough planning to protect heirs, pass down values, and positively impact families for generations to come.
