Scripture Paradox – Acts 3:21 and Romans 16:25

Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian tradition with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. I want to thank all my supporters for your prayers and support. May the Lord richly bless you in all that you do!

The first passage was spoken by the apostle Peter at the Temple compound, the day following the feast of Pentecost, which was recorded in Acts chapter two. Peter addressed the Jews gathered at Solomon’s porch and spoke the following in Acts 3:20–21 KJV:

"And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before was preached unto you: Whom the heaven must receive until the times of restitution of all things, which God hath spoken by the mouth of all his holy prophets since the world began."

The second passage under consideration was recorded by the apostle Paul in his epistle to the believers at Rome:

Romans 16:25 KJV - "Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to my gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,"

  • The Church that Jesus Built! Matthew 16 Explained!
    May 28 2024

During His earthly ministry, Jesus promised that he would build a church, an assembly of believers. Many today believe Jesus was referring to us, we who are being saved during this present dispensation of grace. But is that true? Was Jesus referring to us, the church, the body of Christ, or did he have some other group in mind? Let’s begin our study in Matthew’s gospel.

  • The Mind of Christ, what is it and how do we get it?
    May 13 2024

"For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ." - 1 Corinthians 2:16 KJV

Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian tradition with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. I want to thank all my supporters for your prayers and support. May the Lord richly bless you in all that you do.

Overall, having the mind of Christ brings transformation, blessing, and abundant spiritual life to believers as we seek to live in alignment with God's will and purposes. It enables us to experience the fullness of life that Christ offers and to fulfill our calling as His disciples. May the Lord richly bless you on your journey.

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ:" - Ephesians 1:3 KJV

  • Tribulation Salvation – How to be saved during the 7-year Tribulation.
    Mar 18 2024

Here is a brief outline of how I will discuss salvation during the 7-year Tribulation.

    1. Current Gospel of Grace – how we, Jews and Gentiles, are saved today prior to the Tribulation.

    2. The Tribulation – How long and for whom?

    3. Jews – how are Jews saved during the Tribulation?

    a. The gospel of the Kingdom

    b. Law of Moses

    c. Perseverance of the saints

    4. Gentiles – how are Gentiles saved during the Tribulation?

    a. Convert to Judaism

    b. Everlasting Gospel

    Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter.

Welcome to my video-podcast where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. We all have family, friends, and acquaintances that are not saved and would not go up in the rapture. They would be left behind to endure the calamities of the Tribulation. It will be critical for them to know how to be saved during those horrendous 7 long years. That’s why I created this booklet. Give a copy of this post to all those in your circles of influence. Some may balk at first, but just tell them read it when the time is right. They will know when the right time comes.

  • The Everlasting Gospel of Revelation CH. 14
    Oct 31 2023

As Christians, we have all heard comments and questions about those in the world that have never heard the gospel, never heard the name Jesus, and never seen a Bible. You know, the indigenous people of Outer Mongolia, sub-Sahara Africa, and Papua New Guinea. We certainly know those people exist and many others that have populated geographically isolated regions. For discussion purposes, I will call those people “the separated”, those having never seen or heard any aspect of Christianity.
The questions that arise are like the following:

Do “the separated” have any way to be saved?

Are “the separated” all bound for hell?

How does God deal with “the separated” while they are alive?

What sort of judgment awaits “the separated” after death?

The Holy Spirit gave me the answers to those questions while reading Psalm 19.

  • Gospel Confusion - Do you know the gospel?
    Oct 24 2023

Some common sayings among believers are:

“There is only one gospel, and everyone is saved the exact same way.”

“Jesus’ 12 disciples and Paul preached the same thing.”

“Paul comes along later and merely picks up where Peter left off taking the same gospel to the Gentiles.”

Those sayings may sound spiritual, but are they true? Let’s review some scriptures to answer that question.

    1. To whom did Jesus and His 12 disciples minister?

    2. What gospel did they preach?

    3. To whom did Paul minister?

    4. What gospel did he preach?

  • Walk in the Spirit. What does that mean and how do we do it?
    Feb 20 2023

Greetings, I'm Dr. Paul Felter. Welcome to my video podcast, where I expose church fallacies and flawed Christian traditions with Bible truth. I let the Bible speak for itself. Please visit my website for additional resources including my book “The Master Key to Understanding the Bible,” a comprehensive guide to rightly dividing the word of truth.

    The Flesh and the Spirit

In this video, I will answer the previous questions by explaining walking in the Spirit and how to do it.

Let’s begin with a popular verse from Romans chapter 8.

"There is therefore now no condemnation to them which are in Christ Jesus, who walk not after the flesh, but after the Spirit." - Romans 8:1 KJV

Christians live their daily lives in one of two modes. Either we gratify the desires of the flesh or follow the leading of the Holy Spirit. To walk simply means to live, referring to our daily lifestyle, the things we do day in and day out. We walk indulging the desires of the flesh or after the desires of the Spirit. Those are the only two options. Every Christian does one or the other. But there's another aspect in the above passage, one of condemnation.

The Christian who lives in the spirit suffers no condemnation. But the reciprocal is true for the Christian who lives gratifying the flesh. They will suffer condemnation at the judgment seat of Christ with loss of reward, more on that later. Please understand something right from the beginning. The passages I cover in this study speak to Christians. They do not contrast Christians with the ungodly lost. But contrast spiritual Christians with carnal Christians, Christians that operate in the flesh as babes in Christ. Paul spoke the following to the Corinthian believers:

"And I, brethren, could not speak unto you as unto spiritual, but as unto carnal, even as unto babes in Christ." - 1 Corinthians 3:1 KJV

Carnal Christians concern themselves with fleshly desires. They continually seek sensual things gratifying their five senses and appetites. Yielding to the three primary sources of lust: the lust of the eye, the lust of the flesh, and the pride of life, carnal Christians succumb to the seduction of evil. Condemnation from the Lord awaits them at the judgment seat of Christ.

Spiritual Christians follow the Spirit and word of God. Spiritual blessings and rewards await them at the judgment seat of Christ.

Let’s create a list of characteristics of the flesh contrasted with characteristics of the spirit based on several Bible passages beginning with what we read from Romans 8:1

  • Right Division - Why Bother? What’s the big deal with Right division?
    Sep 12 2022

In this video, I will answer the previous questions by explaining why right division is so vitally important. I will examine five critical elements of right division essential for your spiritual maturity and edification.

    1. Truth

    2. Gods’ approval

    3. Salvation

    4. Eternal Security

    5. Our destiny

Each of these elements is fundamental to your correct understanding of God’s word. Lacking comprehension in these five areas fosters the miss-application of scripture, acceptance of false doctrine, reliance on denominational doctrines and traditions, and reliance on pastors and teachers resulting in fear, confusion, and misplaced trust.
