  • Rohan Mehra is the co-founder and principal at The Prusik Group, a real estate development company based out of Manhattan.  Rohan and his partner and team have been the key developers in landmarks such as Essex Crossing, The Market Line, and the new Target and Trader Joe's development in Harlem by working with the NAACP.  Rohan believes in enhancing existing neighborhood cultures with big box retailers can be a win for all as it brings jobs and opportunities for more afforable housing, museums, and other typically rent strained individuals or organizations.
