    A week later than planned but we are back! Andy has been off on his jollies but upon returning home caught the dreaded Covid. So Brett and a slightly deeper voiced Andy sit down to catch up on everything that has happened over the last three weeks: running on the beach, track sessions, chasing 5K PBs, Mid Cheshire 5K, Cotswolds Hilly 100, Andy's first Chasing 20 Parkrun attempt, Brett's 100th Parkrun in Lidl shoes, a P1 at Parkrun, listener countries league table, Andy's holiday cruise featuring an all you can eat buffet, Two Castles Run this Sunday and then we read through some of the emails that have been sent in.
