All artworks are available as NFTs and signed art prints on the website. #iservalan #tale-teller-club #surrealist #fine-art #fashion #designer-tees Live Music and chat with iServalan from the Tale Teller Club. #vlogger #blogger #videodiaries #music #piano #dance #author #artist #real #life #over60 #60plus #60summers #60summerstv #diet #beauty #health #fitness #menopausehi folks welcome to Royal Clarence Marina oh it's all going on today isn't it the Russians um have reported that the Wagner boss I can't say that name is it precaution progression um or was it forgotten well he's he's reportedly died on board a plane well look I've been watching the Americans which is all about the KGB and the Cold War and it's Hello darling as Romeo's come to join us everybody yes he has um and so you know obviously um well I would say at the risk of my own life a job that was no accident if you get to my drift but of course what do I know I'm just a fantasist writer just I just make stuff up and write stories about it so my imagination could just be wandering just a wondering an old lady wondering um so that's that's not what I want to talk about really I want to talk about I went out today full of expectation and I'd ask the universe to find me to gift me something from from its you know from its um what would I say it's cosmic energy from a charity shop and I went into the charity shops filled with just uh no I wouldn't say hope even I just knew guys I just knew and I found it I found the perfect dress it's not dissimilar to a sort of mermaid dress it comes all the way to the ground and it's really sinking I'm just oh just love it love it love it I did put some quick photos up but I'll do a big old shoot tomorrow proper one sexy one you know with with clear photos so I'll do that tomorrow and you'll be able to see how wonderful it is tongue-tied I'm too excited about the dress the dress is amazing guys so also a gold chain belt very 80s or 90s or naughties or I don't know when they came into fashion because I certainly didn't wear them first time round but second or third or fourth time round I'm loving them and so I've got two now and they just make a dress look a little bit more Gucci bit more Gucci or a teeny bit more Dodger Cabana you know that kind of that kind of dng thing going on I don't know it just takes it up a little and I really like mixing and matching stylish tack which I consider these gold chains to be um with just something really expensive and exquisite as such as myself that's that's how I'm feeling today because I've got this new dress which just looks so superb on I can't wait to wear it I couldn't ride a bike in it I have no no idea where I'm going to wear it but wear it I will my friends wear it I will I quite like this idea of wearing long dresses all the time Slinky long dresses and the other thing is with this diet that I've been on it's probably about seven or eight months I've been on it it's starting to pay off dividends now and if I breathe in and stand up really straight I was I did that this morning I was a 27 inch waist which for me is unheard of absolutely unheard of I have never ever ever been even when I breathed in and stood up straight a 27 inch waist maybe when I was 10 or something you know so I'm absolutely thrilled with with that as well I'll do a live measure and I'll wait another few days I did the first live measure but I'd like to wait till I'm sort of actually a 27 without having to you know not breathe for a bit um I think might be you know more genuine so I'm going to wait a little bit more till I'm actually that um the hips are probably coming down to 36 you know I mean it's it's I'm not gonna say it's falling off because it hasn't fallen off guys this has taken months and months and months and I'm probably now losing about a month or a pound a month that's probably you know the the upshot of everything together the high protein diet the planking the exercise bike which I've only been doing for about four days you know I mean I sound like an expert but of course I'm not but really pleased with all that you know really pleased that I can do that with my body um other news the the transfer of the podcasts is all done and I'm now ready to start toddle puddle the total puddle podcast is a kids like a baby podcast and I'm going to be doing lots of songs and nice things I want it to be a really cutesy really cutesy kind of you know Grandma readings I'll read lots of little stories and you know stuff like that I'm I'm that's what I want it to be and that's that's where I'm aiming at with toddle puddle so if you've got kids or you're a grandma you can just you know pop it on follow follow the podcast on the spreaker app or where all your eye Apple a ...
