  • This weeks Episode is with Miles Cook, who works as a senior technical consultant, a race car instructor and manages a co working space in Cwmbran. I’ve known Miles for years now and we’ve worked together on a few projects - but he still surprised me with some of his work history and how certain jobs / experiences affected his mental health and attitude towards what he was working on.
