  • Here’s something that looks like click bait and I normally wouldn’t even share something like this, but I often say to my agents and my clients THERE ARE NO REAL ESTATE EMERGENCIES! Because we’re prepared.

    But, y’all, THIS was an actual real estate emergency. And, this is exactly why I decided to start a podcast/show...because over the past two decades in the real estate industry, I've found that most agents react to every day real estate life as though it is a LITERAL car fire…because no one properly explained to them that real estate, by its very nature is actually a perpetual series of tiny catastrophes…and it’s your job as an agent to protect your clients from them.

    SO WHY IS REAL ESTATE BY ITS VERY NATURE A SERIES OF TINY CATASTROPHES?

    Because, even though the process of buying and selling real estate is pretty much the same thing over and over again…same concepts, same contracts, same start, same finish….the biggest variable in every real estate transaction is…PEOPLE.

    And, people are all different (& crazy). They leave that part out in real estate school. No one prepares you for this.
