  • In this episode, we analyze senate bill 490 out of the 88th legislature in Texas. This bill requires hospital systems to indicate each and seperate each service rendured on the hospital bill that is received by the patient upon completion of services rendured. Many components of this law, include trying to include a 1 bill per visit as many patients in the state of Texas receive sometimes multiple bills from multiple doctors for the same hospital visit. We also, go into detail on how this can impact the patient/doctor relationship as well.
