Simon is a husband and father, mental health advocate and social worker. As the Founder of Mindful Men, he’s dedicated to supporting men with mental illness and disability. Simon lived with OCD, Depression, Anxiety, and Burnout for 30 years, struggling in silence, using alcohol to feel "normal."
