    The truth is, being right strokes our egos. It feeds our narcissistic tendencies and fuels our need for validation. After all, who doesn't enjoy being praised and admired for their intellectual prowess? Being right provides a momentary high, a fleeting sense of superiority that temporarily masks our insecurities.

    But let's not forget the dark side of this incessant desire. The quest to be right often drives people to engage in endless debates, arguments, and intellectual battles. We become obsessed with proving our point, even at the expense of damaging relationships and fostering hostility. It's as if being right becomes more important than promoting understanding or empathy.
