  • This week on The Change Artist  we continue our conversation on measuring change and how we talk about the degree to which we’ve been successful in driving our desired change.  Our guest today is Dr. Jue Wu, a postdoc researcher in STEM education at UC Berkley and the author of the recent paper in the Journal of Diversity in Higher Education -  “Change mapping of models to diversify STEM faculty as practiced by alliances for graduate education and the professoriate" (https://psycnet.apa.org/record/2022-69859-001). She’s here with us today to share her perspective on how we think about understanding sustainability and scalability of our change initiatives.
