A short explanation of the "Culture of Violence Index 2025" by Franz Jedlicka ( http://dx.doi.org/10.13140/RG.2.2.22369.83049 ), which is a follow up of his "Culture of Violence Scale" and confirms his "Legislation-Peace Nexus" theory. The legislation of a country obviously shapes the acceptance of violence of its population and has an impact on its peacefulness. Countries with a legal ban on ALL forms of violence are more peaceful.

After the last podcast episode announcing the Austrian World Peace Museum ( https://www.peacemuseum.net - work in progress) here are already the 10 strategies for world peace, as suggested by project leader Franz Jedlicka. Famous author Alice Miller has written two letters to two former popes, asking them if they could tell believers worldwide in clear terms that violence against children should never be used. Because these letters were not answered, this one is being sent to the current pope by peace researcher Franz Jedlicka, who has found a linkage between a widespread use of physical punishment in the countries of the world and their lack of peacefulness.

Bereits Alice Miller hat an zwei frühere Päpste brieflich den Appell gerichtet, den Gläubigen unmissverständlich zu sagen, dass die Körperstrafe in der Kindererziehung auch aus Sicht der katholischen Kirche nicht akzeptabel ist.
