  • In this episode, M&N shed some literal skin on all things acne, psoriasis and eczema. They start the episode with a Normal or Neurotic Nadya story about N’s recent travels where she was planning on staying clean at the airport but instead got very, let’s just say, very… dirty.


    Then, they talk about all the pressures that come with living in an era where cosmetically perfect skin is the gold standard. (Thanks, Kardashian / Jenners.) They take turns in sharing their own personal insecurities and journeys – Marie with acne, Nadya with eczema and psoriasis. They have a conversation sharing tips, laughs and things they’ve learned throughout the years having to still deal with these issues and diseases as adults. Some tears were definitely shed.


    The episode ends with Marie’s Munchies where we get a fuzzy full circle moment and special rec about an intimate 20-seat Michelin-starred gem located on a beautiful tree-lined, cobblestone block in the heart of the charming Brooklyn Heights Historic District.
