    I found Mark Ritz through my friend, Wayne Lewis. He sent me a tweet that Mark posted at the beginning of the traumatic government shutdown that Carnivore Snax went through earlier this year. Thanks to the leadership of Mark and his team, as well as the loyalty of the Carnivore Snax community, they were able to navigate those rough waters only to come back stronger than ever.

    I was drawn to Mark the minute I called to ask if he'd be on the show. He was like an old friend. No pretenses, sharp, humble, and hungry--he's a really cool person.

    In this episode, we talk about his time at Costco and how it light a fire in him to follow his intuition to start something. We talk gambling, making bombs, 1.8 GPA's, meat, and Joe Rogan.
