  • My conversation today is with Sarah Ratermann Beahan. Sarah is a writer and creative mystic who believes that our stories can save us.  Sarah works with people to find healing through writing. Our discussion today touches on our relationship with nature, the glorification of busyness, how to be cared for, sacred practices for introspection and so much more.  I really hope you enjoy this time with us.
