  • An annual checking account and ATM fee study released today finds that San Francisco has the third lowest overdraft fees and the 10th highest average ATM fees, when looking at other big metros in the country.

    This comes as ATM fee surcharges have continued to inch up, and experts are seeing an increase in those getting dinged for overdraft fees.
