For første gang drager Sans for Dans ud foran et publikum. I forbindelse med udendørsfestivalen Copenhagen Summer Dance, er podcaststudiet rykket ud foran et publikum på Ofelia Plads.Her møder vi festivalens tre koreografer, Justin Rapaport og Dorotea Saykaly, som hver har koreograferet to meget forskellige værker for Dansk Danseteater samt David C. Price, som sammen med tre ukrainske dansere har skabt et værk for Holstebro Dansekompagni. Det bliver til en snak om deres meget forskellige udgangspunkt i at skabe et værk til vores udendørsscene, påvirket af virkelighedens omstændigheder, hvor krigen i Ukraine har gjort sit uafrystelige præg og corona-pandemien påvirkede skabelsen af ét af værkerne. Koreograferne bliver nysgerrige på hinandens arbejdsprocesser, deres research og valg af musik.

ENGLISH:For the first time our podcast is outside the studio and takes place before an audience, outdoor at Ofelia Plads, venue of the festival Copenhagen Summer Dance.Here we meet the three choreographers involved, Justin Rapaport and Dorotea Saykaly, who both created very different pieces for Danish Dance Theatre and David C. Price, who together with three dancers from Ukraine created a piece for Holstebro Dance Company. The result is a talk about their very different starting points in creating a piece for the outdoor stage, influenced by the reality around them. The war in Ukraine leaves lasting footprints, while another work was created during the COVID-19 pandemic. The choreographers get curious about each others work processes, research and choice of music.
