    Before we talk about this fascinating subject, I just want to ask you a quick question - How often do you say the word 'Goodbye'? Do you usually substitute it for other less 'harsh' phrases, like 'see you later' etc.?

    Endings are huge for us, and even the seemingly tiny endings can have an impact on us. From that sinking feeling when your favourite Netflix show is coming to an end, to the more gut-wrenching feelings of saying goodbye to someone or something in your life that once meant so much to you.

    In this episode, we invite you to explore the feelings behind the goodbye. If the little endings (like Netflix shows) make you feel a little sad, or you avoid watching the last episode, to savour the safety of a show you love (totally talking from personal experience here 😂), ask yourself - Where is this coming from?
