    Czarinnah (Ching) Araneta has extensive work experience in Professional Learning and Development, particularly in identifying and designing appropriate learning measures for Local Chief Executives, such as mayors, governors and public health practitioners, and in planning and managing training interventions to improve health governance and local health systems development. Her expertise also includes program and project management, from conceptualization to design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation, of community health programs such as adolescent sexual and Reproductive Health and Maternal and Child health programs. Czarinnah is also a Professional Fellow (Civic Engagement theme) of the Young Southeast Asian Leaders Initiative (YSEALI) - the U.S. government’s signature program for young leaders in Southeast Asia. In 2019, she served as the Country Lead of the YSEALI Women Leadership Academy Alumni Network in the Philippines. Czarinnah completed her master’s degree in MA Education, Health Promotion, and International Development at the University College London under the Chevening Scholarship program of the UK Foreign and Commonwealth Development Office.     Shajedul Islam is a writer, film researcher, teacher, and independent filmmaker from Bangladesh. He studied Film Direction at the Bangladesh Cinema and Television Institute. He started his career as a documentary filmmaker and film researcher. He worked as a film research fellow at BCTI and Bangladesh Film Archive. One of his research works is published as a Book by the government of Bangladesh. He won a national grant in 2019 as a director and producer for a Docu-fiction film named “The Ancient Filmmakers”. He completed his Film Producing Fellowship from Busan Asian Film School. He worked as co-producer and director in several independent projects from his production house “KAW Creative”, operating in Bangladesh. His portfolio includes some short films, documentaries, and docu-fictions. Some of his notable independent works are Khapra, The Camera Kids Documentary, Bemused, Meeting of Crafts, and the ancient artists. His film project, “The Camera Kids,” has been selected as a finalist for the West Meets East Screenplay Lab and International Film Business Academy Lab (IFBA) in South Korea. He is a member of the New Aisan Producer’s Network (NAPNet). He is a Chevening Scholar and completed his MA in Film Studies with distinction from the University of Leeds. His academic film “Color of Independence” and the overall result brought him the honor of getting the Overall Best Performance Award in film studies. He along with other filmmakers established the Independent Film Producers Platform of Bangladesh (IFPPB) which is working to create a connection hub for Bangladeshi filmmakers with the rest of the world. He is a faculty member of the Bangladesh Cinema & Television Institute. Recently, He got National Grant 2024 as a director and producer of his feature film “Helen”. She holds a Master’s degree in Cognitive Neuroscience and Neuropsychology from Birkbeck University of London, where she researched math and science anxiety and its impact on academic performance and brain activity. She is a recipient of the Chevening Scholarship 2021/2022. She also has a degree in Chemistry Education from the Federal University for Latin American Integration in Brazil, with a thesis on integrating poetry and chemistry as an educational tool. At Fundacion Paraguaya, Eliana combines all her passions to address multidimensional poverty in the Innovation and Development Department, contributing to grant writing, fundraising efforts, and developing sustainable and innovative solutions.
