  • And why do we fall? So we can learn to pick ourselves back up. After another short break, Good morning On Purpose returns in earnest! While a consistent record is something to be proud of, I am even happier to have hit a wall 75 episodes in. It's helped me affirm why I do this project, what has been difficult, and what I have enjoyed the most in the process of putting this whole thing together. Self doubt, overwhelm, criticism, fatigue, and stress are both caused and alleviated as I do this work, but funnily enough - those things still persisted when I wasn't putting out episodes. Hardship will always find its way back into our lives. Having something consistent and intentional to keep us grounded and focused certainly helps to let the good shine through. Enjoy!
