    Jay Ramos began his staffing career in 2000 as an intern at Amtec, quickly establishing himself with a blend of humor and a genuine affinity for connecting with people. Jay’s commitment to fostering long-term client relationships and his innate drive to assist others have been instrumental in his success.

Additionally, he received the prestigious Essey Award, recognizing his significant impact and leadership in the industry. Jay also serves as the State President of California Staffing Professionals, further demonstrating his leadership and influence in the field.
