So excited!

I'm so excited to listen and learn more about Kandy's journey to the self-yes. (I love that ... SELF-YES!) I really enjoy an audiobook or podcast that is narrated by the author, The author has a calm, encouraging message, so far my favorite quote is, "There is power in the pen." I feel encouraged to write down some quick positive messages/goals to myself!
