1 Peter 4:10 says, "Each of you should use whatever gift you have received to serve others as faithful stewards of God’s grace in its various forms."

1 Peter 4:10 reminds us that every act of service is an opportunity to reflect God's love and generosity. Encouraging words are powerful too; as Mother Teresa once said, “Not all of us can do great things. But we can do small things with great love.” Each small act contributes to a larger tapestry of care within our communities.

Embrace your journey of serving others with love and compassion. Every little action count; whether it’s volunteering at a food bank or simply reaching out to a neighbor in need, take heart! Your efforts make a difference beyond what you may ever see. Remember, together, we can build a brighter world through kindness and service! Philippians 2:4 says, “Let each of you look out not only for his or her interests but also for the interests of others.”

Prayer for the day!

Heavenly Father, Grant us the strength to see beyond our own needs and desires, recognizing that we mirror Your grace and mercy in serving others. Like a lighthouse guiding sailors through a storm, may our acts of kindness shine brightly in a world often shrouded in darkness. Help us to approach each person with empathy and understanding, remembering the commandment: You shall love your neighbor as yourself (Mark 12:31). In Jesus' name. Amen.
