  • Releasing Shame: You Are Where You Are
    Dec 1 2025
“You’ll get there according to YOUR timetable, not theirs. Don’t let people shame you into believing you’re behind. The process is individual.” — Marlene Dillon So people can get stop getting frustrated as they attempt to help you skip steps by pouring on unsolicited advice. You get where you are meant to be in your time, not theirs. This is what I talk about on today's episode. It's a new concept for me, that has been really healing. I explain it better on the podcast so please press play and check it out. ** Remember that I cuss, so choose your environment wisely. **

  • For Such A Time As This
    Aug 12 2025
    - Sometimes the thing you feel you're not quite the right fit for is exactly right for you. - Sometimes we forget that our past has a purpose, too. What we've learned back then can show up to support us, and others, in the present... or future. - It's okay to be yourself and to be a multidimensional being. The "box" is overrated. Be yourself. You never know who'll accept you and embrace you as you are. I'm having fun embracing me... even if I am a little anxious on the lead up. It's all good. I'm growing. If you haven't already, check out the podcast above. Really powerful revelations that I'd love to share with you. Blessings! Marlene Dillon Empowerment Specialist

  • Get Your Money
    Aug 1 2025
I never really thought about it before, but I now acknowledge that society trains us to mind everybody's business. And I'm honestly over it. Remember, I cuss. So choose wisely where you press play. LMFAO The older I get the more I don't care about what others are doing, and what others think about what I'm doing. Of course, being a "pk" (preacher's kid), I still have my moments of hesitation (or even initial judgment), but then, once I think about it, I'm back to "I don't care." On today's episode, I address this concept, share a few stories, and comment on the post that led to this recording. Get ready to laugh.... a lot. Blessings! Marlene Dillon Empowerment Specialist BTW.... ⚠️ FYI I cuss.. Today, I'm talking about a subject that's been on my mind lately. As I listen to music, watch movies, overhear conversations, etc., the differences in expectations of women vs men are getting really loud to me. So today I talk about it. Here's the text from today's meme: “Let’s talk about the shift from women are here for men’s pleasure to women are free to cultivate and experience pleasure without shame.” —Marlene Dillon Empowerment Specialist Check it out. Great episode about thinking about what most don't think about.
