    After season one wrapped up, Emily was able to interview two additional people who were closely involved on the day of the kidnapping. You will hear audio from the pursuit and shooting. If you do not want to hear this portion of the episode, you can skip starting at 10:05 and start up again at 11:54.

    Deputy Albert Thompson explains the pursuit from his perspective. He is the deputy who pulled his vehicle in front of Hescock to try and stop the pursuit at the beginning.

    Paul Wilde, retired Sheriff at Bonneville County Sheriff's Office, was the liaison between Megan's family, the sheriff's office, and the media.

    Deputy Jim Schiffler led the pursuit and was the first to see that Hescock had high-centered his vehicle. Commands Hescock to stop and asks dispatch to send Air Idaho.

    Deputy Bryan Lovell commands Hescock to stop.

    Deputy Chris Reed lets dispatch know that he has reached the area of the shooting.
