Welcome to the season of the fresh start! We decided to go in a slightly new direction that you'll see in our episodes. We are still drinking beer and making fun of some reviews, but we also we enjoy the side topics that come along with each beer. In our first episode this season, we check out the Einstok Arctic Lager and find a reviewer who has put down seven of these bad boys already!

As we talk through the Icelandic language, we learn about the thorn, explore how new words are created, discuss an island-mountain-glacier, and discover what goes into an acceptable Icelandic name.

We have our first beer info directly provided by the brewery itself as we explore a newer beer with some hibiscus. We get notes of chamomile as we take on Big Spew and learn about Tang. And we finish with a warning against mixing carmex and beer as we check out a vanilla beer with a ton of rock and roll influence!
