  • The most common type of after death communication experience is "Sleep-State" ADC's. This is what they are called in the book we are reading, Hello From Heaven, by Bill and Judy Guggenheim. These days, this is also referred to as a "visitation dream". But it is more than a dream, it is a visit from a loved one, while you are fast asleep. Unlike a normal dream which doesn't usually make sense, it is vivid, clear and very realistic.
