Hierarchies are everywhere; Nature is full of them, and change occurs when something better comes along. Our Society is no different. It seems that our realm is nothing more than a Kindergarten. Unaware of our own dramas we often navigate life attempting to understand emotional development and baggage in others. Most are not ready to learn of reality; graduating Kindergarten is often rare.
