  • This past week I took on the Snow Peaks 50 Miler formerly known as the Squaw Peak 50 Miler in Provo Utah. Coming from Long Island I was blown away by the views and terrain.

    I definitely didnt have the race that I was hoping for as performance. The heat and altitude sure did get the best of me, but with the help of some friends and an amazing pacer I was able to get to the line!

    In this episode I want to break down the highs and lows of the race and some things I will take away from it to help you in your next race.
