  • Voice, Authenticity and Presence with Christabel
    Feb 21 2023

Christabel is a mindfulness and empowerment coach for creative, resilient, intelligent women who are breaking toxic cycles of indecision, trauma, and scarcity, tapping into their truest identity and intuition, and creating their lives consciously, intentionally, and with ease.

In this episode, Christabel and Court talk about the process in finding and building self=awareness and how that shapes showing up authentically in the world. We discuss the role of being a forever learner, curious about self and the ways in which others exist around us. We dive deep into the meaning of presence and how being in different environments and existing in isolation (for a certain period of time) can help one become clear on their true identity, away from all the various conditionings of life. We discuss neurodivergence, paradox, humility and more!

Christabel can be contacted via her website or instagram. Check out her individual and group container offerings through masterpeace!

  • Authentic Relating in Conversation (Solo Episode)
    Feb 18 2023

In this episode, Courtney opens up about Authentic Relating, both with self and others. She talks, not as an expert, but as a fellow human about how it looks like to show up authentically for her. She shares vulnerably a few ways in which connecting authentically has been inhibited in the past. She recorded this episode in real and raw time. She encourages you to reach out if anything you listened to resonates!

Below are some resources related to authentic expression, which I have found helpful in allowing me to feel more human:

Alex Elle's - How we heal

    Glennon Doyle's Podcast

    Brene Brown Books

    ART International

    Nonviolent Communication

  • Frequency, Vibration and Love with Love Ignites Peace
    Feb 16 2023

In this episode, we get to hear from the lovely ladies behind Love Ignites Peace (LIP), the mother-daughter duo based out of Denver, CO who love to "get their Freq (aka frequency)" on. What does this mean, exactly? Paige and Ashlyn are committed to raising their vibrations - and helping others do the same - all in the direction of love.

Paige thrives on introspective self-discovery, while Ashlyn loves hard and keeps things fun while doing so. One motto Paige & Ashlyn live by is.. "We ask the whys. We lean into the the maybes. We follow the inner knowing that there is something more for us to learn. Along the way we’ve learned that every challenge has a hidden message – some might even say a gift."

In this episode, we pack in a lot! We talk about energy being matter moving through us, frequency and vibration, divine interventions, the mystic and the unconditional bond between Mother and Child, which Paige & Ashlyn demonstrate so beautifully.

The Love Ignites Peace ladies can be contacted via their website , Instagram, their Podcast Bathtub Chats or by joining their FREE Book Club via this Facebook Group. They have plenty of offerings - (at)tune to how you can engage with LIP to help raise your frequency!

  • A Reflection on Conditional & Unconditional Love (Solo Episode)
    Jan 28 2023

In this episode, Court shares with you some reflections in real time surrounding conditional and unconditional love in relationship. This could be in friendship, professional connection, family relationships and in romantic coupling. She alludes to the state of being in a "friendship" or "relationship audit" phase of life, which includes radical self-honesty, acceptance and space for reflection. What is important to note during these times is they aren't bad in fact, they are very natural. There is no better gift to give to oneself than allowing the space to truly and deeply reflect. And bringing curious and compassionate conversation to such reflections in relational context if it feels true to you.

As always, Court can be contacted @soletosoulwellnessllc or info@soletosoulwellness.com. Thank you for tuning in!

  • A Follow Up Conversation with Tara Allen, RN, NTP about CFT, Bioresonance & Bodywork
    Jan 26 2023

In this episode, and Tara discuss various forms of bodywork and healing to help release held tension, somatic trauma and energy. Tara is a Registered Nurse, Nutritional Therapy Practitioner, Craniosacral Fascial Therapy Practitioner, wife and mom. Our first conversation together can be found on Season 1 (episode 5) of Soma Mama.

Tara came across the Craniosacral Fascial Therapy technique "through God and intuition". It is a practice that helped her one-year-old daughter tremendously, and what catalyzed her desire to take the training herself was witnessing the transformative healing her husband experienced through CFT. In what felt like 7 years in the making, as Tara describes, she serendipitously had the opportunity to immerse herself into several trainings in 2022. Additionally, she started a business that services the Greater Philadelphia area, working with bioresonance, nutrition, bodywork and spirituality to help individuals tap into their greatest holistic health potential.

Below are links to some of the trainings/modalities discussed:

    • The Gillespie Approach & Trainings

    • Klinghardt Training

    • Aleph Tav Body System Training

Tara & her business partner with, Shalom LLC, can be contacted via email at shalomwellnessllc@proton.me. She can also be found on Instagram.

  • The Road to Authenticity - Sitting still through Feelings of Discomfort with Randy Maloney
    Jan 5 2023

In this episode, Randy and Court continue their conversation from episode 3 (season 2), to discuss Authenticity and what it looks/feels like to sit amidst discomfort. To simply give yourself a permission slip to be in your feelings, whatever those might be in the present moment. They talk to you about the value of connection and community and the ways in which it supports Svadhyaya, or self-study. The two shed light on conditioned tendencies, limiting beliefs and familial patterning. Courtney discusses how healing and authentic relating can in fact happen in partnership, ridding of the "I must do it all on my own" narrative. Randy offers clarity around leading from a place of fear versus living with love and acceptance.
